Lundgren, who will be joining us at the Casino Maltese on Saturday 4th December 2021, has performed in some of the best theatres around the world including in London, Munich, Berlin, Stockholm, Zürich, Geneva, Dresden, Hamburg, Leipzig, Amsterdam, Gothenburg, Oslo, Beijing and Tokyo as well as the Bregenz and Bayreuth Festivals.

Widely considered as the leading Wagnerian bass-baritone, Lundgren has recently been appointed Royal court singer by the Swedish King. On the night he will be accompanied by pianist Sofia Narmania.

Among the music to be performed is Bizet’s ‘Votre Toast’ from Carmen, Mozart’s Deh, Vieni Alla Finestra from Don Giovanni and Wagner’s ‘Was Duftet Doch Der Flieder’ from Die Meistersinger.
