<b> EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR DRINKS AND SNACK STALL DURING CINEMA CITY </b>
2nd June 2021 to 7th June 2021
Cinema City is a community-curated film screening event.
The screenings will take place at Laparelli Garden between the 2nd June 2021 and the 7th June 2021 from 21:00 pm to 23:00pm with doors open at 20:30, both dates included. The expected audience for each day is a maximum of 190 but this may increase or decrease depending on COVID regulations in place at the time.
The Valletta Cultural Agency is inviting prospective economic operators to submit an application to express their interest in providing bar and snacks services to the audience on the nights as per the conditions hereunder.

Prospective applicants are to note that by submitting an application as specified below, they are confirming agreement to all the terms and conditions related to the Expression of Interest for Snacks and Drinks during Cinema City which shall be held between the 2nd June and 7th June 2021.
Applicants should also note that Cinema City will take place only if the restrictions published by the Health Department allow the organisation of public events.
Furthermore, irrespective of the clauses included in this Expression of Interest, the sale of alcohol shall depend on COVID-19 measures / restrictions which are published from time to time by local relevant Authorities.
