The show was televised from Fort St Elmo, while the popular Britain’s Got Talent 2020 semi-finalists Ember Trio, performed in several iconic locations in Valletta including St John’s co-Cathedral, St James Cavalier and Castille Square and the Casino Maltese.
The line-up for the evening included the Palace String Orchestra performing live music throughout the show while accompanying several top artists including Amber, Aidan, Jasmine and Kevin Paul. The night also featured local comedy team – Min Imissu?
The variety show was hosted by Ben Camille, together with Andreana DeBattista.
A special fireworks display took off from the iconic Grand Harbour and its surroundings at midnight.
The Valletta National New Year’s Eve 2021 Variety Show was organised by G7 Events, supported by a Partnership Agreement for Large-Scale Events and Initiatives with the Valletta Cultural Agency within the Ministry for National Heritage, the Arts and Local Government.
