- Maltese Gastronomy Showcase: Discover the unique and mouthwatering dishes that define Maltese cuisine, from traditional ravioli and local pies to pork rotisserie and delectable pastries including honey rings, cannoli and imqaret.
- Cooking Demonstrations: Renowned guest chef speaker Renato Briffa will host live cooking demonstrations, providing insights into the preparation of kwareżimal, Vallettani, Biskuttini tar-Raħal and qassatat ħelu, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Food and Beverage Tasting: Sample Maltese craft beer, wine, artisanal cheeses, olive oils, nougats, chutneys and more in the Valletta Design Cluster’s Courtyard, Roof Garden and the nearby St Charles Street.
- Local Artisans and Crafts: Explore the craftsmanship of local artisans, offering handmade goods and handmade products that represent Valletta’s rich cultural heritage including candles, art and jams, tapenades and more.
