Schubert’s Piano Sonatas

In a special concert this Valentine’s Day, pianist Francis Camilleri performs Schubert’s Piano Sonatas in an intimate recital at the Malta Society of Arts. This concert shines a light on three lesser-performed Schubert sonatas: A major D. 664, A minor D. 784, and the G major D. 894, emphasising their connection to Beethoven’s legacy and their profound emotional depth.

Known for his thoughtful interpretation and sensitivity, Camilleri invites the audience on a musical journey.

Francis Camilleri studied under distinguished pianists and educators, earning his Licentiate from the Royal Schools of Music with distinction and further honing his skills at the Royal College of Music in London. His performances have graced Malta’s most prestigious venues, including recent appearances at the Valletta Baroque Festival and the Victoria International Arts Festival.

With limited seating in the elegant Palazzo De La Salle, early booking is recommended for this special evening of music. Book your seats today
