In an ever-changing world, our ability to adapt can be stretched beyond our capacity to change. The Diversity Discussions led by Kopin explore vital issues including diversity, multiculturalism, racism, xenophobia, and migration through interactive, participant-centered workshops.
In our own ways, we are all prejudiced. More importantly is that we make an effort to be aware of these prejudices so that we can avoid basing our behaviour and actions on them. This session will help participants understand why we hold prejudices, how to identify them, know when they are harmful and how to fight them. It will have an interactive element to enable participants in reflecting on how to deal with unhelpful stereotypes and prejudices.
Engage in respectful dialogues and take a moment for personal reflection, fostering a thoughtful exploration of crucial social themes in a dynamic and engaging setting.
