Big Friends Guggen Musik Malta will be playing popular Christmas tunes in Great Siege Square, Valletta (entrance to St John’s Co-Cathedral).The Big Friends Guggen Musik Band is a unique musical band in our country.

Founded in 2008, the band amuses its audience by singing, dancing and playing along joyous renditions of popular music.

The band performs a vast repertoire that spans from the 1940’s till today’s latest pop music. the band also has an extensive repertoire of Christmas carols and Christmas medleys with a ’guggen’ twist which are performed by the band members’ during the Christmas holidays.

This event is part of the Valletta Cultural Agency’s Christmas in the City programme, taking place from the 8th till the 24th December in the main squares, strategic locations and the quaint streets of Valletta. Christmas lights and decorations can continue to be enjoyed throughout January.
