The Valletta Cultural Agency invites the public to participate in the second of two major special concerts celebrating Maltese songs. The first successful concert was held in St George’s Square, Valletta with the second open-air edition planned for May 2027.
Members of the public can take part by visiting www.aqwa20.com and voting for their favourite Maltese song, written and performed in Maltese, and released between 2005 and 2025. The 20 most popular songs, as chosen by voters, will be performed live by Malta’s leading singers, accompanied by a live orchestra under the direction of Maestro Paul Abela.
Voting will remain open until 30 November 2026.
