On Sunday, 23rd July 2023, from 9.30am to noon, a Tea Fair will be organised in Upper Melita Street, Valletta, in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the China Cultural Centre. With the participation of an official government delegation from Xi’An, China, the Tea Fair promises to be a delightful experience for the general public. The fair features two pitch pots, harkening back to the Tang Dynasty and offering a taste of traditional sports. Costumes from the Tang Dynasty will be displayed on clothing racks, providing a glimpse into the fashion of that era. Visitors can partake in the tea experience of the Tang Dynasty, immersing themselves in the rich cultural heritage of China.

The Lantern Festival, including a street installation, takes place from 6pm onwards with the participation of several personalities, and dignitaries.
